The process was easy enough. You don't interview with the people you'll be directly working with though, so you don't get a feel for your every day work life. You also don't get to see the work place until you're hired.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Smeco
Interview
I applied online, week later, received e-mail to take a simple math skill test. Next day, another e-mail for another test. Both of tests were quiet easy. Week later from the test, had a call for schedule interview. There were two people at the interview, I was asked about 10-15 questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q. Tell us about your self.
Q. Tell us about the most difficult situation with customer and how did you handle it.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Smeco in Jun 2009
Interview
"Tag team" interviews, always! Their will be two people interviewing you. They are very laid back at SMECO and rapport needs to be established immediately. Relax, laugh, joke and answer the questions honestly. My advice is to be genuine during the interview.
