3 rounds starting from detailed HR screening to Manager and Department head final interviews. First round - questions from resume and behavior and situational questions. Second round - Technical questions related to IT hiring, mostly regarding previous employment experiences. Final round - Get to know you and cultural fit assessment. (Visiting company website before interview helps)

I connected to the interview and the interviewer told me he was going to be busy and asked if we could reconnect at a later time. I then never received another word from him after following-up multiple times.

Simple and straightforward with not many rounds of interviews. The interview seemed to be pretty structured and timely update was provided to the candidates.
