Smile Digital Health interview questions

I was supposed to meet them on a Google meet for a technical interview. A middle aged lady answered the call and made eye contact with me for 30 seconds and suddenly made an exaggerated frown before telling me the position was filled. Soon after she hung up the Google meet. Very bizarre circumstances. I'm thinking that this may be prejudiced towards my race or gender. Don't waste your time with this company, I suspect the positive review on Glassdoor are fake.

The interview process has 4 steps, unfortunately I could not have the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager at the 4th step. The 1st step was done with HR manager. It was a well structured interview that you don't see in many organizations these days. The 2nd interview was with peers, the other portfolio directors while the concentration was mostly on how we are going to collaborate/support each other.. And then the third interview was much more a 360 degree interview including PMO manager and a project manager. the interview process took almost 6 weeks and not being able to meet with the hiring manager was sad because I believe my experience and skill-set with their requirements/vision were a great fit.
