I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew in Jan 2023
Interview
First received a screening call from a talent/HR individual. I walked through my resume and related experience. This individual was very friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They had the same background as myself and so could concisely relate my experience to the role, and provide further information as to challenges faced with experience gaps. From there I moved to the automated interview portion. It was a number of questions where I could record my answers. I had limited multiple attempts and could review my recording. I received a form rejection email more than a month later.

There was an initial one off meeting call with manager, then a screening with HR. We then moved on to a sit down interview and a ride a long. It was a long process and I would recommend they do not do this.
