I initially had a phone interview with an in-house recruiter followed by an invitation to come in and interview with the Project Managers and Project Director. I had planned for an hour and it took almost 2.5 because I sat with 3 different people. A week later interviewed with the Director of Human Resources. All either one on one or 2 on 1. Every on that I talked to was very professional and answered any questions that I had.
