I had interviews in person and over skype with people in both offices (Chicago and DC). They all asked exactly the same questions. Am I used to working events and with high-level stakeholders, how do I manage my projects, etc. I had a phone screen, and then a skype interview with the Chicago office, and then an in-person interview with the DC office.
The interview process was smooth and efficient. The process consisted of three rounds of interviews starting with HR, then with varying levels of management. HR was quick to provide the next steps, and clearly laid out what to expect during the full process. I appreciated their level of communication.
