Interview
I had applied online through the SmithBucklin website and was contacted two weeks later by phone to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. My phone interview was scheduled for 1pm the following week. The talent acquisition manager called at exactly 1pm, on the dot. She was very friendly and asked mostly generic background questions. Towards the end, she did ask a few position related questions regarding my experience managing volunteers.
