Interview with a recruiter, went very well. Prior to any zoom interviews with the team, they have you fill out a personality assessment, and many the questions were based on giving up any sort of personal life for the job - I should have known that things were going to go downhill after the assessment.
When it came to interviewing with the team, the manager of the role was hyper-focused on sales/me having a sales background (which you can see from my resume that I don't). It was a dry conversation, and I knew that I wouldn't get the job based on her energy alone. The interview I had with the director went well, but I knew it was over after meeting the manager.

Standard phone screening followed by a long gap between the actual interview.
Interview was comically over the top, with about 4 employees asking questions...keep in mind this was for an entry level position that pays around $35,000. Overall no real substantive questions, just basic situation-based stuff.
A tedious, drawn-out process, but the office is nice at least. Ended up getting a job that pays more, with a much quicker hiring process.
PS There are very few males in the marketing department - and even fewer minority males. So much for diversity.

Phone interview, very informal with an HR person. Just a general overview of the company. I thought the call went well but I didn't hear back either way from the HR person. That seems very unprofessional to me.
