Smithfield Foods Associate interview questions

Phone interview followed by an in person interview where I met with three people. When I inquired about the organization I found out they were doing lots of layoffs/relocating of positions to Virginia. They barely asked me any questions about my background and were more concerned about if i would "fit in" than my qualifications. A person I interviewed with said they promote based on who they like and not the qualifications of the employee.
