Interview
I was contacted by a 3rd part recruiter and had a phone interview. After this I had a phone interview with the Plant Manager and the HR Manager. After this I was flown to Mason city for 3 rounds of interviews followed by a tour of the city from the chamber. After this I had another phone interview with the VP which lasted about 10 minutes and asked no real questions of substance. I got a bad feeling about this plant as everyone was very cocky, no diversity amongst the leadership team (all white men), and the last two in this position were fired for performance reasons. Overall, your typical "Good ole boy" environment that works hard to keep it that way.
