They make you do a verbal, writting and listing english test. They also interview soft skills and culture. I recomend the star method. It is very important to them to be a nice person and to fit the ulture, try and be firendy.

Sat with two people, Wendy and The Recruiter, they asked a lot of stuff to personally get to know me. They were so kind and made it fun. We laughed and joked and I knew right away I would love it.
