Snap-on Price Analyst interview questions

HR rep called to schedule an interview with herself and the hiring manager. Hiring manager did not ask questions and was very monotone. HR rep seemed to get a bit upset because I couldn't give her details about the company history. She told me she would call me early the following week, she did not. I followed up twice with an email with no response. Didn't seem too professional to me.
