Interview
Recruiter scheduled me for an onsite directly. I met with 2 engineers and thought I had done the first interview somewhat fine. The interviewer could not phrase his hypothetical question properly but somehow we were able to get to the answer. The 2nd interview was good too - but I think i lost it somewhere in the middle for about 10 min. I couldn't answer a couple of java specific questions and I think that cost me. Questions ranged from easy to quite difficult. Regardless, both interviewers were extremely polite and I came away with a very good impression of this firm. They are building a solid engineering team and Redshift better watch out.
