Interview
If you are a person actively looking for a job, good luck with the interview process at snowflake! I am currently not looking, but was approached by a recruiter at snowflake to connect regarding an executive assistant role. The communication from the very beginning was horrible! The recruiter took weeks to respond to numerous emails, and when she did respond, there was no reason as to her lack of communication. I was then approached via email by the manager who apologized and asked to connect with me so we could speak about the role. We had agreed to a date and time and unfortunately, I had to email her the evening before to reschedule for a different time on the same day. The day came and the time came and passed and I received no phone call from the manager. Nor did I receive any sort of email indicating that she needed to reschedule.
Again, this is the experience from someone that is not actively looking for a job so I feel bad for those that are in search of a role because I am worried that this is the process that snowflake has
completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snowflake in May 2025
Interview
Phone call with recruiter, followed by 2 interviews (Zoom) with EAs, spread out over two weeks. Then, ghosted by the recruiter. Never heard from them again. I have many years of EA experience and I've done a ton of interviews in the last few months. Recruiters should always follow up to let you know that they you are not moving forward in the hiring process.
