I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snowflake in Dec 2018
Interview
I spoke on the phone to a phone screener who was incredibly misleading. They led me to believe I had moved on to the next step of the interview process and I was subjected to a fairly long math and verbal exam. As I went to inform the screener I had submitted the exam, I saw an e-mail saying I had been turned down from the role out of no where. I've asked for more clarity but don't believe I'll receive any information back.
This is incredibly unfair for people who've invested time to be led on like this. My favorable opinion of this company is gone. It sounds like they over hired for the role and made a mistake and won't admit it.
They wanted me to pitch a sales and there were a senior and hr which was really smooth process that I’ve imagined but quite fast and clear process than others
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Snowflake (Amsterdam) in Mar 2024
Interview
first interview about presenting myself and what do i know about the company and what's their product, my strengths and my weaknesses, describe the daily tasks, it was just the 1st part of a long interview process
Standard Interview process, several phone calls and one in person. I thought it was comprehensive, not too difficult and mostly a way to make sure both parties were on the same page.
