Was referred in then contacted by internal recruiter and then passed to outside recruiter. From there was supposed to speak with VP but was ghosted.
In today’s competitive marketplace it put a poor taste in my mouth and makes me think they are cattle calling and shoving hot bodies in seats with the new round. I may be wrong but to be ghosted as a top performer who was referred in by a performing rep makes me think they don’t have their “stuff”together and I dodged a bullet here.

Question 1
Straightforward but direct asks about previous achievements, numbers, and job moves
Pretty abstract, going throuhg multiple conversations, exchange of thoughts, great discussion. Understanding motivation, cultural and team fit. Ready to move and work hard for fast pace and growth company. Ending the interview with pannel presentation / role play.
This was for a senior role and was referred internally. So they engaged quickly. Have a solid track record of impressive deals and mutual connections who attest to this. Process took a couple of months which included meeting with 4-5 team members from management, senior management, talent and technical giving a good scope of the culture and experience. One in person, a number by video. Positive: Talented team and open about sharing challenges and asking how you can contribute with examples. Encourage an open dialogue and gave you proper time to have a 2 way conversation. Negative (for me anyway): despite positive feedback all round, and commitment to move to the next stage, was then ghosted with no feedback. Which is a shame. Saw the same role re-advertised later, which didn't bode well.
