I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Snowflake
Interview
Pretty unfortunate experience. A lot of the people seemed cool, knowledgeable, and good to work with, but the hiring manger gave me multiple verbal offers and assurances that official paperwork was on the way before completely ghosting me. I turned down multiple other job offers over the course of three weeks because I had a verbal offer and confirmation from the hiring manager that she wanted to move forward. They are growing very fast and they definitely have a lot of balls in the air, but it was a really bad experience and it kept me unemployed for several additional weeks. I also turned down a higher paying job, which then got filled while I was waiting for Snowflake. Overall, good company, but really bad experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Snowflake
Interview
Well organized process. Initial phone screen with hiring manager then recruiting coordinator matches availability for onsite/zoom interview. I was given as list of each person that I was going to be interviewing with. Everyone throughout the process was friendly and answered all of my questions.

Question 1
How would you create a plan to expand into new countries?
Initial call with the recruiter Holly who was great - enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very responsive. Went on to have a call with the hiring manager, again this was a good call - he was well prepared and had easy interview style

Question 1
Appropriate questions about background and experience. Unfortunately I could not meet one of the skills requirements, and Holly was quick to come back and explain. I would still have no hesitation in recommending the company and recruitment process based on my experience.
