Upbeat, thorough, informative. Appreciated the transparency as the company is planning on going hybrid which for me was not an option. I was still a very informative experience and left a good impression as to the company itself and their hiring process.

The interview process was efficient and enjoyable. After the initial screening, I moved through the next rounds within two weeks and had about a week to prepare for the final panel. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and encouraging, and while the interviews were challenging, they felt fair and supportive rather than designed to trip me up.

Tricky, they word the questions difficultly. It’s worth educating yourself on what Snowflake does and who their competitors are in the sector. The interview is an intense 30 - 45 minute interview.
