Interview
Had an HR interview and then got rejected. She was very nice and warm. We talked a lot and it seemed to go really well. I suspect she forwarded the resume to the hiring manager and the hiring manager didn't like my resume. I got the feeling they didn't really know what this job was supposed to be about since it is a new job. I never got to the technical questions. I was told I would be managing a team of two machine learning engineers, which didn't make sense because ML engineers simply productional models, you need data scientists to build them. So I don't think they have a clue as to the what this manager is supposed to be doing, which is about normal for the industry. lol
