I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Socure (New York, NY) in Jun 2019
Interview
I interviewed through a recuiter, first an online code assessment, three easy questions. And later video interview with their engineer VP . And then finally an onsite interview in their new york office. the onsite interview last for three hours and I interviewed with two engineers, one product manager, and phone interview with their manager, and finally with their VP again in person. the whole process is easy and questions they asked were not hard. But they are really a small team, less than 10 engineers in office. they provide with snacks and water and they are very nice.
Had recruiter phone screen that went well and then was requested time to schedule tech screen. Tech screen was never scheduled. Recruiter ghosted me. Why would I want to work here if perspective employees are treated this way?
I decided to go with a competitor company instead.
