I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Socure (Chennai) in Mar 2020
Interview
Not a every structured interview process. It is best to not interview with them if you don't want to forget your basics and understanding. There are no standardized and the questions are repeated between the interviewers. One of their interviewers seemed a little judgmental and not very knowledgeable. I think it is better for me to have not received an offer from them. Their final feedback contained parts which were not even asked during the interview.

Other Software Engineer Interview Reviews for Socure
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Socure (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
First round was a hiring manager screen, followed by a virtual onsite consisting of two interviews (one technical and one system design). There is a hard requirement for the code round to be done in java or golang. No other options which I felt is odd
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Onsite coding round required debugging an existing code base in a multi threaded environment. System design question was straight forward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Socure (Chennai) in May 2022
Interview
Over the past 4 years, I have given countless interviews, and I can confidently say that this company is pathetic to interview at.
I applied for their software engineer role. They took 1 month to schedule 4 interviews (3 tech + 1 hr) back to back. The HR person told me each of the four rounds will focus on different aspects and you can take my word for it. You can guess that never happened.
The worst round was the HR one. I have never meet any interviewer who boasts about their years of work experience, I have no clue how that is relevant to the job opening. The HR interviewer used every chance to say that they has 10+ years of experience in the HR industry. Overall, I feel that the HR interviewer was playing games with me. To top this all, the HR interviewer had no courtesy to turn on their camera. When asked, they refused to do.
I have never seen a company with more RED FLAGS.

Question 1
Most of the questions were straight from leetcode. I was asked to find the subarray with at least sum equal to k.
