Question 1
What serving experience do you have, do you have your smart serve?

Interview
I applied for the job on the sodexo website and was told by their website Ai/robot, that I was approved for a 15-minute phone interview. They emailed me who would be calling me and when. It was supposed to be a 9am phone call, I waited for 30 minutes and received nothing. I then emailed the person who was supposed to interview me and did not even receive a response. A few hours later I got a rejection email saying they are unable to offer me the job. Feels very disrespectful to my time that I never even got to speak to a real human being.
Interview process was easy. The hiring manager asked about personal and professional skills and had me walk through different work scenarios with them, using my previous work background as examples. Not at all a hard process!
