I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sodexo (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2014

Interview

I had to apply online prior to the interview and then met with the director and two assistant managers for an interview. It lasted about 30 minutes. A lot of general questions dealing with food industry and prior experience. Nothing outside of the box.
