Applied on line and got a Phone interview after 1 week with HR. Then met with HR for a face to face interview and then the third interview with direct Manager.

Initial phone screening was typical. The panel interview was very formal and overly structured. The interviewers were preoccupied and seemed to be focused on their phones when I was responding to their questions.
