If you show up, you're hired. They make it sound like there are always hours to pick up, but that is not true once you're hired. They tell you the schedule is up two weeks in advance, but it won't go up until the day before usually.
Simple and easy, just ask for your availability and what they want you to do. It was very quick. You do not have to prepare much. They often let you choose what shift you want to work as well. Work shoes are provided but a bit strict on tardy.
