Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question was to break the huge FOOD enterprise philosophy, to open eyes for businesses that were so differents from the catering business, more risky and phisically more agressive to people (normal in mine sites).
2 gesprekken
3de gesprek loonsvoorstel met enkele voorbeelden van voorgangers die gestegen zijn in loon of academy uitleg.
Zeer duidelijke uitleg, geen kleine letters. Er wordt geluisterd naar noden van de kandidaat
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sodexo (Prague) in Jul 2007
Interview
The interview was first with a personnel agency. Average interview, for only one hour. Tests of PC skills and selling skills. I did not get much information about the job itself. The second time I spoke directly with the HR manager of the company and my new boss. That was held only in czech and was pretty easy.
