Pros: very easy to apply. Cons: Everything else. 2 part interview, got through both. Lots of effort put in to prepare for interview. Second interview had to take a whole day off work for. No outcome given, had to chase only to be told unsuccessful. They said they could provide feedback but they still haven't bothered. Really unprofessional.
