Interview
I applied about 3 weeks ago, had a phone interview last week, lasted about 30 minutes. Recruiter was very personable and conversational, felt very comfortable speaking with him. Phone Interview was more of the behavior type of interview. I have not been offered a second interview or an offer at the moment.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I was 1st contacted by a recruiter who was awesome and easy to talk to and then a few days later, I was asked to come in for an interview. After the interview, they told me I would hear back in 1 day but I didn't hear anything in 3 weeks. Apparently, there was an internal candidate who got the job but she accepted a job elsewhere. They called after 3 weeks to say I was the top outside candidate; I accepted. Easy interview process: I interviewed with the 2 GM's I would be supporting. The interview was professional but not intimidating.
