The interview was with a group of three (one via iPhone) and they asked standard questions but all talked so much that it lasted over 90 minutes and they did not validate parking. There were lots of red flags that led me to not want to work there just in the first 20 minutes including them bluntly airing grievances about the former employees.

Would you be able to handle the patient population considering the location (basic urban)?
Was given clinical and management scenarios and asked how I might handle them. Hiring manager offered feedback on how they might handle things differently, overall a positive process. Learned more about the culture at the site and goals of their current team.
