      Customer Service Specialist Interview

      Apr 30, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Orlando, FL
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SoftRock (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2012

      Interview

This company is a scam. Jobs are posted online to get you to apply. Everyone gets an interview with a HR rep who claims to not know anything about the job posting. Next you're invited to a 2nd interview where you are told about the verification specialist position. The scam is you are supposed to verify potential candidates who think they are applying for jobs when actually you are just getting as much info as you can to refer them to education leads(ie Univ of Phoenix). The information is sold to the schools and that's how the company makes its money. Google softrock scams and you will see. Once I found out this info I withdrew my offer. Morally it is wrong to use individuals information to sell to schools when their only intent was to find a job.
