First interview was a joke and a waste of time. You go in and talk and if you have a brain they invite you to a second round. The second round is you and about 10-15 other people. First you do a 2 minute speach about yourself and say what you have done in the past etc. Then you sit through a presentation about how great soft rock is etc. The final part is when they finally tell you what you will actually be doing. Basically the have/are coming out with another job site. To register for it you fill out online stuff then you have to call in to "make sure everything is accurate". When the people call in, someone asks them if they want to help further their education and go back to school. If they do they send them to you in the call center and you set them up. No base pay you only get commision of how many you push through. Its stupid.
