When applying for a job, in some cases you will be prompted to schedule the interview. The first interview is rather short and mine was quite pleasant. I was invited for a second "interview" in which a group of about 12 people were shown a video showing more about SoftRock as a company. We were also given an opportunity to give a short one minute "elevator speech" about ourselves. Then I was invited for a third interview in which I was offered the job. It was a very interesting process.
