I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SoftServe (Ukrainets)
Interview
It was a very good and useful interview for me. The questions were about SQL and general principles of working with relational databases. I wasn't good at these things, but the interviewer was very kind to me and calmly responded to everything.

Question 1
What is SQL?
What is a constraint, and why use constraints?
My interview process began with a recruiter screening, followed by a technical Q&A. After successfully completing the technical interview, I was informed that the next steps awaited the hiring manager's decision. Two months passed without further communication. Subsequently, I received and accepted an offer, contingent on the hiring manager's final validation and formal paperwork. However, after a three-week waiting period, I was informed that the company would not be moving forward with the offer. This experience highlighted significant delays and a lack of clear communication throughout the hiring process. While the recruiter was diligent and the technical interviewer was supportive, the prolonged decision-making at the hiring manager level raises concerns regarding overall operational efficiency.
