However, after a three-week waiting period, I was informed that the company would not be moving forward with the offer. This experience highlighted significant delays and a lack of clear communication throughout the hiring process. While the recruiter was diligent and the technical interviewer was supportive, the prolonged decision-making at the hiring manager level raises concerns regarding overall operational efficiency.
