Software Improvement Group Customer Success Manager CSM interview questions

The process was long and unstructured with a total of 5 interviews leading to radio silence for a month. Turns out they weren't even sure if the hire was for Denmark or USA. The initial 3 interviews were fine as they provided context to the workplace, role, and strategy. The last two was with a senior manager and CEO but was merely an extension of the previous interviews with no added value. The 5th interview was called "Final interview with CEO" but at the end he mentioned that there would be a panel discussion with a group consisting of the people I had already interviewed with. That never happened and after a week of no updates I followed up only to learn that they I was in the final group and they were about to make a decision. After another 3 weeks of no updates I figured they went with another candidate but to my surprise they called me. I got some excuses that they had to go back to the CFO as it turns out they weren't aligned on whether the budgettet hire was for Denmark or USA - all this after 5 interviews!
