Interview
Bad experience - I sent my CV and was contacted by HR. The first interview was by phone, the second with the manager to whom I would report and the third with the commercial director.
After spending time preparing for each interview and having three meetings no one gave me feedback or an answer. I sent two emails asking about the process and after more than a month I still haven't received a reply.
Considering that the position was for the marketing department, I think they should take more care of the image they are projecting outside.

Interview
The entire process was very rushed, they asked if they can hold a 3hr interview on a public holiday in the US, I agreed. Then they had me do a marketing project for which I asked atleast 3 days t work on and they granted me only 1 day. I spent over 36hrs of my week prepping for the interview and completing the project. I had to take off from my 9-5 since they required such a fast turnaround for that project. After all this work, they have fully ghosted me without any updates or feedback. Did not expect this to happen and have to say that it comes across as highly unprofessional. I gave my 110% to the company and they don't even have the courtesy to let me know they have moved on, honestly that's a company I'd rather not work for.
