First given a phone call that lasted about half an hour. Spoke with the hiring manger discussing the position description, responsibilities, and he admitted it was also a chance to gauge my interest and personality. Offered me an official interview at an agreed upon date and time. Interview was about an hour and was hosted over Microsoft teams. Standard questions, had two interviewers and me as the interviewee.

Safety concerns, just naming a time where you noticed a safety issue and how you responded.
Technical interview, touched on Mechanical/Electrical, Instrumentation principles and Gas Turbine Fundamentals. In the end we went into detail and ended up drawing a basic gas turbine, split into the main components of Intake, Compressor, Combustor, Ignitors, Fuel Nozzle, Turbine, Power turbine, Reduction Gearbox, and Alternator.
