I got a phone call from a staffing agency and after sending the job description and confirming my interest, an interview was set for the next day. I checked in at a reception desk and then one of my interviewers came and picked me up and took me to their building. I met another interviewer and had a mini tour and then went into a conference room for a "Panel" style interview with 3 people; one was on video conference. After the interview, I was offered the position on the spot.
