This was supposed to be a temporary role, starting off with a 6 month contract. I applied through a staffing agency, met up with them for an initial getting-to-know-you interview, and was contacted by the agency HR representative for an on-site interview here after the company showed interest in my resume.
They use the STAR Panel Interview process, where there were 3 to 4 interviewers taking turns asking you questions.
The process took about two weeks, and I started the job about a week and a half after the interview. There was a drug test and background check after the offer as well.
