easy hired on spot but i have several years of in home customer sales, I was asked about how I first found out about solarcity which it was from a previous job selling roofs,windows and siding which i had an appointment for a roof and as i was in the house i heard and objection i've never heard before which was they were getting free solarpanels installed. i became fascinated of this and started to follow the company for a couple years then one day i saw a job opening so i applied.

Brief 30 min phone convo asked a range of questions, they try to determine weather or not you will be a good fit for a sales position depending on your personality and skill set .
