Interview
Fairly quick interview with a quick description of the job requirements and a discussion about company culture. The simplicity of the job was emphasized and the need for an employee to be able to withstand rejection while continuing to engage potential clients. Commission was discussed along with the need to generate at least six viable contracted customers monthly, with higher bonuses for more than ten contacts generated. The position requires two days of training prior to start and employees would be working in teams of two and working in a w 25 radius of the local headquarters.

Quick phone interview, really good senior management. The rsm knows what he's doing. I was hired based on a referral so my interview wasn't typical. Typically it's an in person interview with 2 people from upper management.
