First contact was via phone from Sales recruiter who shared basic compensation info and arranged on site interview with area sales manager. Area sales manager met for a face-to-face interview where he was behind his desk with my resume pulled up on his screen and I was behind a desk as well. The interview was conversational and relaxed, not stressful. Follow up phone interview with regional sales manager. All happened within one week!
