I met with two people who asked the standard sales questions. I was told that if I wanted to be an FEC I needed to complete their training program since they no longer hired directly to FEC roles. (There is no training program) I said yes to that and ended up in Lead Generation. To all potential FEC candidates do not take the FES position. It does not train you to be and FEC. They can hire you directly to FEC no matter what they say.
