Interview
There was a 3-step interview process. First a recruiter contacted me to learn more about me and explain the role, responsibilities, pay structure, other pertinent job info. Then I was scheduled to meet at the work location to conduct an in-person interview with two of the managers there. Lastly, I had a 20-30 minute phone interview with the Director to finish.

There is a phone pre-screen by HR. 1st interview is with a manager and if you pass that, there is a second interview with a director. The interviews could be on the same day potentially but as it worked out for me, they were 2 days apart. Very basic sales interviews.
