I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SolarCity (Berkeley, CA) in Aug 2011
Interview
I dropped by the Berkeley location in person and asked about job openings. We spoke briefly about my qualifications. I was verbally offered the job at that time. I returned with a resume, had a very brief interview, and was offered the job.
Applied online Monday. Call from recruiter Wendesday. Face to face interview Friday. Accepted job offer Saturday. Started Monday.
Really quick. Face to face was me and a trainer for about 10 min. Just kind of chatted about football and what we like to do. Had job offer the next day for me.
