I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SolarCity (Roseville, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Was contacted for a phone interview on Monday. The recruiter was nice, but I felt rushed. It was the end of the day, she was talking so fast and told me to be brief in my answers it sort of messed me up. Starting off was kind of a negative experience for me. I received an email the next day asking to attend a group interview on Thursday. The two managers were very nice and made you feel comfortable.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SolarCity (Las Vegas, NV) in Jul 2015
Interview
Received an email invitation to take an assessment. Following that, an email to schedule 30 minute phone interview which was just to go over the position and my resume. There were a few questions about "have you ever" or "tell me about a time". The last step was the in-person which was with 2 managers. Again, same types of questions. Nothing to difficult.
