They confirmed via phone call that i am selected and will share the offer letter on Monday and when I called them again on Tuesday , simply they said they are looking for an immediate joiner. Its strange . unprofessional manner from HR side. they should have confirm the same thing well in advance. If you are looking candidate with less payout please be straight to the candidate. do not keep them on wait or create any trouble for your benefit. I had good interview and selected but due to lack of HR behaviour i lost this opportunity.
