Phone screen with HR, then virtual interview with hiring manager, last round is on-site with 5 interviewers. People are nice but they would like someone with scale-up fabrication experience. For new graduates that's usually a no.

First round HR phone screen, then phone interview with hiring manager, final round is on-site to interview with the group members and also the boss of the hiring manager. I went from nearby cities and no travel assistant is provided, not sure if this is also true for other people.
