It’s amazing how friendly the first person was when reaching out to me. He called me and asked me countless questions , in which must have been sufficient as it led to 2 virtual face to face interviews . Needless to say , I was not selected and received the generic rejection email. You would think it would be more personable considering all the time I spent answering different questions whenever the initial person felt the need to call me back. I don’t know why some companies just choose to waste peoples time. If you had in mind the creed color you were going to select, you should have left me out of your game . It sure had nothing to do with my skill set and interview. Some of these companies just don’t want to pay your worth and grant the position to the lowest bidder. That’s not good either , because you get exactly what you pay for. You will keep having the issues that you described trying to pay as low as you can, that’s the type of quality you will have on your team . Maybe you’ll wake up one day.
