Solovis Operations Analyst interview questions

Absolutely Awful, The interview process is set up by a 3rd party recruiter since the company is small. The recruiter told me she would have the hiring manager call me in 3 days, 5 days go by and asked if I completed the excel assessment. Then she apologizes and tells me to ignore the email then says I should complete the excel assignment anyway. Then I receive no update for two weeks as I send 3 follow up emails. Then I was told the hiring manager was away, then a week later after asking again for follow up, im told I was not selected....
