Applied online. Got a call a few days later. The call was a basic screening, Why do you want to work here, how much salary are you expecting, and about your computer skills. Got invited right away for an in person interview. Generally speaking the salary they offered was quite low so I had initially asked for more. I still went to the interview to see what it's like there. I was interviewed by 2 managers and one person from HR. They were very welcoming and seemed to have a great corporate culture. Also gave me a surprise test at the end of the interview which threw me completely off and I know I messed it up..
